Flo is an adoring golden retriever who loves to snuggle and talk! He is here to offer emotional support as part of a wellness experience at White Lotus Wellness. Research has long supported pets in a therapeutic environment to assist with grounding, staying present and coping through distressing moments. Flo is happy to love and comfort you during your appointment, or stay beside me if you prefer distance.

Cynthia is a Tai Chi Qigong / Meditation enthusiast and Certified Instructor with over 25 years of training. Along with Tai Chi, she has added Reiki Master and Pranic Healing Practitioner to her modalities to increase the synergies of healing.
